Giuseppe Arcimboldo

Three interesting facts about Giuseppe Arcimboldo.
His father was a painter.
He started out making stain glass windows in churches.
He made is art look like a picture one way then also look like a new picture the other way around.

My dad helped me with my vegetable and fruit art. We had to balance it carefully and take a picture quickly. It was my plan but he just helped me with balancing some of it. I made it both ways. Upside down it is a man with a beard and maybe headphones on. Do you like it? It was a lot of fun

  1. Kia Ora Emilie,

My name is Zana and I am a blog commenter from the Summer Learning Journey.

I think you introduced and explained the activity well and it is great that you mentioned Giuseppe and his art. I think that he was a very creative thinker and he had an awesome impact on the art scene.

I think your fruit and veg art collage looks awesome and I can see how much effort you put into it, great job. I like all the little details like the mushroom ears, orange cheeks and banana smile! You did an awesome job.

Happy Holidays, Keep up the great work and I hope to see more of your posts over the summer.

    Ngā mihi nui,
    Zana Yates
